Not satisfied with your online purchase? Then in most cases you can return the product within the cooling-off period of 14 days. Is the product broken or incomplete? Please contact us, never return a product without a confirmation from us. We would like to ask you to read the conditions carefully.
1. You must be able to evaluate the product to see if you want to keep it. This does not mean that you can use the product and then return it with signs of use.
2. The product must not be screwed or mounted, this can cause damage to the screw holes, making the product no longer in new condition.
3. The product packaging may not be used as a shipping box and may not contain any tears. Pack the product with packaging in a box as we did when delivering it to you.
4. Before you return the product, we must be aware that you are returning it.
5. You are responsible for the return, the costs will not be reimbursed by us.
How can you register a return?
1. Send us an email or letter with a copy of your invoice and state why you are returning the product. A colleague will register your return notification within 1/2 working days.
2. Pack the product neatly as you received it, and clearly state your order number and / or a name on the box.
We will transfer the purchase amount within 7 working days if the product meets the return conditions.
