Does this product come complete with all installation accessories?

Yes. The package includes a Quadlock adapter harness, RCA pre-out cables, a dedicated GPS antenna, and all vehicle-specific interface adapters required for installation.

Please note: Depending on your car's exact equipment and options, you may not need to connect every single cable included in the box. A printed QR code is included on the packaging to give you instant access to our comprehensive, multilingual digital manual and wiring diagrams.

Will factory features like steering controls, PDC, and TPMS remain functional?

Yes, essential original vehicle functions are retained. This includes:

  • Steering wheel controls: Volume, track skipping, and hands-free call buttons continue to function seamlessly.
  • Parking Distance Control (PDC): Visual parking sensor displays and audio alerts remain active on supported models.
  • On-board vehicle settings & TPMS: Factory features such as tyre pressure monitoring resets and vehicle info screens are preserved where integrated by the vehicle manufacturer.

Is the use of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto free of charge?

Yes, absolutely. Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are fully integrated and factory-activated on the unit-ready to use straight out of the box with no hidden fees, subscriptions, or activation costs.

Can this multimedia system work without connecting a smartphone?

Yes, this is one of the standout features of our systems. Running on a dedicated standalone operating system, it functions completely on its own:

  • Built-in Wi-Fi & Play Store: Connect the system to your home Wi-Fi or your smartphone's mobile hotspot to download and run apps directly from the Google Play Store.
  • Offline Functionality: You can listen to FM/DAB radio, stream stored music or video files from a USB drive, and navigate completely offline using pre-loaded maps without requiring any internet connection or phone link.

Does this system support both FM and DAB+ digital radio?

Yes, standard FM radio is built-in and works directly with your vehicle's factory radio antenna.

For digital DAB+ reception, you can easily add support depending on your car's setup:

  • If your vehicle does NOT have a factory DAB+ antenna: You will need our digital DAB+ receiver module (Part number: USBDAB).
  • If your vehicle ALREADY has a factory DAB+ antenna: You can connect the system directly using our dedicated antenna adapter cable (Part number: AVN-C08).

Does the unit feature a built-in equalizer?

Yes, the system includes a comprehensive, user-friendly digital equalizer (EQ). You can fine-tune bass, mids, and treble frequencies, set listening sweet-spots (time alignment), and choose between multiple genre presets to optimize your vehicle's sound acoustics.

Can I connect an external amplifier or active subwoofer?

Yes. The unit features dedicated RCA low-level pre-outs, allowing you to easily hook up external aftermarket amplifiers, active subwoofers, and DSP processors.

Can I connect a reverse or front camera to this unit?

Yes. The system is equipped with dual camera inputs, supporting both a dedicated rear-view reversing camera (which activates automatically when reverse gear is engaged) and an optional front-view parking camera.

Can the button backlight colors be customized?

Yes. You can customize the physical button backlighting to match your vehicle's interior dashboard lighting. While default illumination is typically set to red, you can select and adjust colors directly within the system display settings.

Does the unit have a built-in microphone?

Yes. The front panel features an integrated microphone for quick and easy setup. In addition, an external microphone input is included on the rear harness if you prefer to position an external mic along the A-pillar or roof console for enhanced voice clarity.
