What payment options do you offer?

Can I get a discount if I order more often or more than one quantity?

It is possible to get a discount for business customers. We only offer a discount from the 2nd order placed with us, or if a minimum of 5 pieces is ordered with the 1st order.

Which countries can you ship to?

We can currently send our products to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Luxembourg.

Do the products include tax?

Yes, the products include tax, this also applies to countries such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We also pay the tax for the customer in these countries. Please note, if you order for business and have a valid VAT number, you can also order without VAT. Please contact us first.

Do you ship the products from your own stock?

Of course! our products are shipped from our own stock.

Is it possible to return a product if you don't like it?

In which country are the products produced?

Like most electronic products, our products are also made in Asia. Our products are made in factories where many quality requirements are applied. Because we trust the quality of our products, we also give a 2-year warranty.

Can I also pick up a product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up a product.

What is the delivery time of a product?

The products that are in stock are usually delivered within 1 working day. This can take up to 2-3 business days. Products that are not in stock and need to be reordered are usually available in 5 working days.
