Do you provide telephone support?

While we understand that not offering phone support may seem unusual, after testing various methods, we discovered that email allows us to assist our customers more effectively. It also gives us the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and, if necessary, involve the supplier for additional support.

Through email, we can easily locate your account and related information, which helps us resolve issues more quickly and accurately.

A picture is often worth a thousand words. By attaching a photo of the issue to your email, we can better understand the situation and find a solution faster. Additionally, we are happy to share images, installation files, and instructional videos to show you exactly what steps to take.

Instead of waiting on the phone, you can continue with your daily activities while we analyze the problem. As soon as we have a solution, we will inform you right away.

All details are carefully stored in our email correspondence, so you won’t have to explain your issue repeatedly. Thanks to the historical data, we can assist you more efficiently and clearly.

How long does the delivery take?

Because we have our own stock and process orders until 23:00, we can deliver very quickly. The standard delivery time is therefore the next day. But unfortunately we cannot guarantee that because we depend on the courier companies. We ship with DPD, DHL and PostNL.

If it is a product that we do not have in stock and have to order it, the delivery time is 2 to 7 working days. You can always ask us via email or chat about the delivery time.

If your order has been delayed, we will always keep you informed. You will always receive an email from us with tracking information.

I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation.

Did you place an order and complete the payment? Then you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please check if you entered the correct email address and also check your spam folder. If you haven't received an email, please contact us for an update on your order.

Do you ship products from your own stock?

Yes, we have our own stock, which allows us to deliver quickly. We do not ship products directly from the supplier. All orders are packed and shipped by us.

I received a defective product, what can I do?

The chances of receiving a defective product are very small because all our products are tested one by one after production. Sometimes a product may seem defective due to incorrect connections or a missing part. In such cases, please contact us first. If you received a broken or damaged product, take a photo and contact us via email.

Can I return an order?

Yes, you can return an order. Please refer to our return page (Returns).

How long is the warranty on the products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, as legally required.

Can I pick up an order?

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from us.

How do I know if the product fits?

The product description usually states in which vehicles the product fits. If you are not sure whether it will fit or not, send us an email with the link to the product and in which vehicle you want to install it. We will then help you make a choice.

Can I pay for an order afterwards?

You can pay with us afterwards and in installments. You can do that safely with Klarna. During the ordering process you do not opt for quick checkout but for filling in shipping details. Then on the next page you will get a lot of payment methods, there you will also find the Klarna option.

If you choose Klarna, you will first receive your order. After that you get 30 days to pay for your order, or you choose to pay in installments and you pay it in installments.

Can I place a business order?

Can I have a product installed?

We do not have our own workshop, but we collaborate with companies that can carry out the installation for you.
